You can't. Indian Diams are usually 2G.

I am India 2G user myself and have flashed the latest Blackstone radio posted in Diamond forum (not the SU radio since I dont have security unlocked yet)

I wont suggest any best roms or radios. That is left to the best of your experience

it is incorrect .. i am having one and have been flashing almost all the ROms out here , ... It is only that the 3g network key ( registery ) is locked and it does not work ...

I have been flashing Roms from major players here and there is absolutely no issues .. see my signature for the latest ROM .
3g and video call options doesnt work ( as it is not network supported and d as there is no secondary camera )

3g is just an optional just like wifi , if the network supports only it works ... i have been receiving phone calls even with the 3g button on on my com manager .
Only challange is the battery .. you will have to buy the 1400mh bigger battery and back panel for a decent battery backup ... its around 2 k out here .... i say go ahead buddy ... its all good out here with our diamond .
