Problems after Flashing FRE Kaiser ROM

Hi folks.

I've got some troubles with my Kaiser.

I bought it in belgium, it means, english langage. WWE Edition
I founded a french ROM on Orange Website, and in French( like me ! )
But during the flash, it failed at 16%. I waited several hours but no movement.
I tried everything, restore, hard spl again, original wwe rom, nothing works.
Bootloader stays at 0% and nothing happens.

What can I do. Please:( . I'm desperate.

when I power up, pda shows me : KAIS130
SPL-3.28.0000
CPLD-8

Get the original Carrier ROM (The English WWE on that was on it before) from the wiki and Flash it.
Then read this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=433835)guide before you flash anything else.

Oh, And no need to swear ;)

You probably want one of the two HTC WWE Roms that start with the version 3.28.

I'm going to try this, as I got possibility to download this rom.

Not swearing... just exteriorize my anger because i'm beginner and I managed this manipulation with my brother's phone, but not with mine...
