i jus bay a htc p3300
for now a have a couple a problems
my memory (storage card : not installed )
and gps not work

Copy the file over to your Phone & exe the file from your phone, do this with any .cab files ;)

As for your gps not working I have no idea, it could be a few things, so you would need to be more specific as there's a lot of things that can cause gps not to work.
