The suggestion Radio is 1.58.21.23!!!

I've just tested it, and it is really smooth and fast. Haven't tested it yet with all my programs installed. I think it has video dialer, the one default with polaris. I hope that is no problem because I posted the links and info about this ROM.

1. Memory Encryption is always on
2. Album video does not work

Yes indeed, the encryption is always on. Is this a problem? Will create problems when flashing another ROM?

I am impressed with the smooth manilla in this ROM. The phone became more responsive. When I acces the Programs folder from Start menu, the apps are grouped into different follders. Games, Office, Internet etc. When I install new apps, how can I move the shortcuts into folders? FOr example, when I install S2U2 new version, it creates a new folder named S2U2. I wan't to copy the S2u2 exe to the folder Tools and the Setings exe to folder settings.

really fast rom, i like this rom so much. too bad the camera doesn't work with radio 1.59.44.02. Everything else works very well, lot of free ram. If this rom fixed de 1.59.44.02 issue, then it'll my first choice at the moment.

I don't like this ROM. It slow as hell when accessing files. Opera with YouTube hangs every now and then.

there is no sound. when i reboot the device, i can hear again and the microphone works as well, but when i hang up, i have to soft reset again in order to make a call.

Try changing this Registry setting to fix the key lock problem:
HKCU>ControlPanel>Keybd>DefaultKeyLock

Change from '0' to '1' then reset.

You need to make sure you are running the recommended radio version 1.58.21.23, not a 1.59 version.
The issue you mention is typically caused by incompatible ROM/radio versions.

It won't work properly with 1.59.xx.xx Radio
You need 1.58.xx.xx Radio

Too bad it's not working with the 1.59.x ROMs. I liked an application in particular, the digital battery meter. Do you know how the applicatiob is called or where can I get it from ? Its built in the ROM, so the only way to remove it is re-cooking it.

alright so i've got quite a list of problems...

first my weather wont always update and i don't know what to do to get it to work its a hit or miss situation... i have an unlimited data plan and i run on AT&T HSDPA i even tried on a wifi connection but it doesnt always work any suggestions???

next the youtube program doesnt stream videos when i select one to play but its streams when i go to the youtube website from a web browser

next all my keyboards from WM 6.0 are gone there is only this whack little qwerty key board who's buttons are impossible to press without the stylus

and finally what media formats are compatible with this phone cuz a lot of my songs and videos dont play =(

I just faced another 2 issues with this ROM ...

1. I have Double arrows with an X for GPRS icon !!?!

I tried the following solutions:

You should add the following key to the registry:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Taskbar
Add a DWORD called LegacyGprsNotification = 1.

2. I used to have a 1800 gsm provider and the sim was working 100% with this ROM.
Now i have a 900 gsm provider and when i put the new sim (and the code) i have no registering sim.
The signal bars are searching for network and it doesn't lock to provider.

Any help ?

Explore to \windows\startup and delete 'ilock2' shortcut. Reset and your headache gone... :)

Hello,

I just installed this rom and it is correct. :)

As against a problem with video call. :(
No video in input or outgoing call.
The phone hangs (keyboard)
I went to the configuration of video calls
Menu/video call options....
1-"show still image" Prest male
2-"video screen preference" Both parties (my video small)
3-"camera options" everything is unchecked
4-"Display info" everything is checked

what are the parameters of "service"

A tutorial would be welcome.:confused:
