help about modify rom

when i use "Surface Kitchen v1.01" for modify some rom, There is some error, when the bat execute to "..\tools\RomMaster.exe -x -w 5 -b 0x320000 OS.nb.payload -o xip.bin"

[Info] It is a common ROM.
[Error] File is damaged, end address small than start address.

Somebody help me?

but after i've cooked a rom...

if i try to redump it i get errors...

how can i cook it so its not 'locked' up??
