Hello,

I have made a video encoding GUI for the blackstone, which allows smooth playback of hi-res videos in album.
With the recent change of adding VGA resolution to the GUI, it should now be usable on the diamond and raphael.
The original thread is located here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=467112

Could someone be so kind to encode a couple of movies/trailers or short clips and tell me how the playback is in album on the Diamond?
Thank you.

Thanks!

Please let me know asap how it turns out :)
Make sure to select the VGA resolution though, else it will make the video in Blackstone/Xperia format.

Core player can not handle these files.
Album uses hardware accelerated playback. Coreplayer does not (yet).

Thank you for your help.
Post further feedback in the original thread if you wish.

The converted file didn't show up in HTC album... and hence I can play it using the album... :(
But WMP can play the video...
Any ideas why?

BTW, I'm using official ROM (2.03.707.2 WWE)
