ragazzi ma come si disabilita UMTS sulla nuova XOR 1.1? prima in commanager c'è la voce, ora neanche in telefono-opzioni-banda (c'è solo UMTS o AUTO)
. Voglio disabilitarlo sto umts ed andare solo in EDGE su GSM.

nel common manager cìè la voce telefono clicchi sulla scritta telefono non su on off e ti si apre un altro menu

- Cambia PIN2
- Numeri

mentre in fondo c'è avanzate e li entro negi menù dove scelgo la banda ma non posso più selezionare GSM, c'è solo auto o UMTS.

non trovo questa versione più lenta dell'altra, mi sembra migliorata senza perdere nulla in velocità. occupa un po' di memoria in più, ma al lato pratico non rilevo differenze degne di nota.

se posso dire la mia preferivo la grafica della versione precedente, ma queste sono sciocchezze.

ho postato solo per ringraziare Carbu e gli altri del suo team per l'ottimo lavoro che fate e per la pazienza con cui cercate di dare risposte a tutti.
Leggendo gli ultimi post ho avuto la sensazione di essere sul forum di un servizio pubblico di assistenza a pagamento dove tanti criticano e fanno le richieste più disparate, pretendendo una risposta immediata dal povero Carbu (che magari ha anche altre cose di cui occuparsi nella sua vita) invece di contribuire dando supporto a mitico cuoco, che generosamente condivide con tutti le sue capacità.
spero che Carburano non si lasci demotivare e continui a regalarci il suo ottimo lavoro come ha fatto fin'ora.

- the Active sync connection stopped to work properly (i.e. he was connecting, I was able to browse the device but the sync, although I got no error, was eventually not synchronized).
- the system showed some process error (not able to start xxx ...)
- after some days from the first problems the device stop booting (hanged in the logo page).
With an hard reset all came back to work.
I didn't install enything particular on top of the rom (gps navigation SW and chronos).

it is the perfect wm6.1 rom. no bug

thx. I'm testin radio 1.14.25.05 I need some days for make good test. For the moment i can say that it is the radio with best gps fix. (i have used 1.10.25.25 and 1.00.25.05 and 1.08.25.05)

io credo cmq che siano semplicemente andati via perche non avevano piu voglia di cucinare; loro passavano un sacco di tempo a lavorare con le rom, piu di noi dietro al forum..il fatto che abbiano smesso per la voglia è del tutto normale. Inoltre nessuno li costringeva! Sono stati i migliori al loro tempo, adesso ce ne sono altri..morto un papa se ne fa un altro ;)

io credo cmq che siano semplicemente andati via perche non avevano piu voglia di cucinare; loro passavano un sacco di tempo a lavorare con le rom, piu di noi dietro al forum..il fatto che abbiano smesso per la voglia è del tutto normale. Inoltre nessuno li costringeva! Sono stati i migliori al loro tempo, adesso ce ne sono altri..morto un papa se ne fa un altro ;)

Se torneranno sarà un gran piacere per tutti, questo è indiscutibile

penso che non sia così...i cuochi hanno bisogno di persone che collaborano con loro a migliorare le loro creazioni....se ne i forum non si fa altro che parlare di lag del gps e risparmio della batteria... è normale che i couchi si stancano :(

il fatto che sia giusto è soggettivo. Come dice correttamente Zindo, se gli utenti diventano noiosi e si lamentano sempre, i cuochi si stancano...è ovvio.
Certo essere avvisati prima della loro fuga sarebbe stato meglio, ma li cambia da persona a persona;
io personalmente avrei avvisato..ma nn tutti siamo uguali :rolleyes:

Secondo me c'è qualcosa di più complicato sotto... dopotutto sono "scomparsi" entrambi più o meno nello stesso periodo, Carburano addirittura dopo aver appena aperto il ProjectXOR (e gli utenti hanno pure contribuito a comprargli un diamond nuovo!! :( ) ...e da come lo conosco (cioè Zero, ma me lo immagino così:D) non mi sembra affatto il tipo di persona da sparire così senza un "ciao", anche perchè di gente in gamba disposta ad aiutare ce n'è :cool:

Nel frattempo ho provato altre ROM, ma non c'è verso, la MORNA è la più stabile di tutte!!

penso che se carburano avesse dato la notizia di sparire come cuoco dal web,tutti si sarebbero scatenati e avrebbero trovato un modo x farlo restare..a volte ci si toglie in silenzio per non scatenare putiferii
il diamond che gli è stato comprato è stato solo per dargli la pssibilità di poter cucinare ancora dato che il suo l'ha brucuato per noi....

rimane e rimarrà per me sempre un bravo cuoco...

Non sò perchè ma anche io ho lo stesso presentimento.
Sarebbe interessante sapere se episodi simili di abbandono simultaneo di cuochi sono successi anche sui thread di altre tipologie di palmari.

è successo qualche tempo fa su un forum che trattava lo stesso palmari htc e tutto a un tratto è scomparso il cuoco lasciando in sospeso anche progetti di rom già iniziati. Adesso però è tornato e sta preparando una rom con wm 6.5 quidn speriamo che anche qui accada la stessa cosa .......

ma non sapete come attivare la funzione che abilita la comparsa di suggerimento dell'indirizzo email del destinatario mentre si scrive un messaggio.
Infatti ora, quando devo mandare un messaggio a qualcuno, o scrivo l'indirizzo al completo o devo andare sul menù in basso e fare AGGIUNGI DESTINATARIO.
è possibile farlo in modo automatico...ovvero digitando soltanto le prime lettere in modo che si avvii la funzione suggerimento? Ho cercato di vedere nelle impostazioni, ma non l'ho trovata questa funzione

E' un po' vecchiotta poichè il progetto è stato abbandonato.
