How do I change bottom buttons in home screen?

I have the HTC Touch Diamond and I want to change the home screen buttons at the bottom of the page. The left one is phone and I want it to be Weather. Please can anyone help?:confused:

Here's what you're looking for. If you're using TF3D don't forget to check the box that says "HTC Diamond Mode"
