[REQ] Original Diamond Comm Manager Theme

Im looking for the original Comm Manager theme that came with the old UK Diamond(I Think). It has the white background with blocks and has green selectors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Heres a pic of it:

Yes, I would like to have it too - there are a lot of cooked roms, that have different layouts - I want this one :)

Edit: solution: Extract the files from the zip to your windows folder, if the font color is wrong, look for nadavi comm manager, and install that - it will fix the font color.
