Inernal Storage shortcut?

Used Duttys ROM and it had a 'Internal Storage' on the startup page.

How? I changed ROMs and want it back! Tried using File Explorer Ex and Total Commander. I can create a shortcut but it doesnt work?

How do i get it to work?

Extract the attached file to '\Windows\Start Menu\Programs' and then it will be in your programs menu.

Extract it elsewhere if you want it there.
