Thumbnail cache?

I cant find anything on here or through google, but does WM6 support thumbnail caching? Scrolling though large sets of images is quite tedious, i'd like to have it cache the thumbs for fast loading... :(

I got the sam problem, it's quite annoying. but i think it's depends on the systemcache settings.

Appearantly people dont use large sets of images on their phones :(
