My diamond is dead :(((

I tried new radio 1.08.25.20 after few days I decide go back to 1.0.25.05. After flashing program written "different device id". Now is my diamond dead cant even get bootloader. I used hard spl before flashing. I flashed my phone so many times and nothing happend, but now is my phone absolutely dead. just black screen, I tried power button, volume down and reset but doesnt work. Can anyone help my?

What do u mean "different device id" ?

So there is no power to the device? (take out the battery & place it back in).

Sometimes flashing a radio can brick your phone, not much you can do I don't think.
