with that many programs installed....
maybe u need one that do all the maintainance and tweaking etc....

some of the features i use:
-auto cleaning....when i run out of space
-SIP input tweak......disabled SIP that you don't need?
-move program/data......one of my favourite!! allows you to move installed files to a specific folder you want, including-from device to SD......and it all still working.....thanks to the auto registry scanner!!!:D
-replace files in rom.....yes! when any software is updated, u can just replace the files in rom with updated ones as it's easier just to replace the files in rom than flashing a completely new rom that suite your taste!

I actually run pretty fast! The only time it tends to slow down a bit is when booting. I usually have 54% of memory free.

Always keep in mind in computers or PDAs, it doesn't matter what is installed, only what is running. (PCs need to be defragged, only exception to the rule).

I firmly believe in, "if you have it and don't need it, that's fine, if you need it and you don't have it, well that majorly sucks". -Sean Kennedy @ RantMedia.

My 2 gig storage card has 318 MB left, and that is with no videos, music, or PDF/eBooks. I keep a vast amount of CABs on my card for easy sharing when I'm out and about. Never know when a hard reset may come, you may be in the woods depending on those waypoints you saved in GPS Tuner. Sure, you are smart enough to carry a manual compass and a standalone GPS but finding just where you set up camp would suck IMO.

I highly recommend Sashimi. I also have a silly amount of software installed and after a hard reset, Sashimi just sits there for about an hour installing all my apps for me.

How long did it take you to find, download and set up all those apps ?

I have a 3 month old child and a fiancee :P

I got my phone december 31st and have been very obsessive over it. I have lots of time to waste. I would say between flashing, testing radios, finding applications, and the like has been well over 150 hours in the past 2 weeks. I'm starting to get burnt out with it and messing with it less and less.

I found a torrent with 20 gigs of windows mobile applications. I do not use the keygens and the like but just about all of it is trial based. I can spend hours discovering software this way. I almost have a 500gb harddrive filled from the last 2 months of all sorts of *legal* goodies such as linux distros and about 10 gigabytes of drivers for 98, xp, and vista. I still haven't found a windows 3.1 image yet but eventually..
