NIMBUZZ
Been using this for over two months. uses wifi , 3g , gprs , and edge, best works over wifi and 3g, used it only for skype only but apparently supports

NOTE - have not tested for any of above apart from skype, from my own experience its better than fring, better sound quality although there is a slight delay but still better than, fring or skype.
works on any wm6 not tested on other versions of wm.
