picture viewer tweak?

Hi, don't know if anybody has posted something like this already, but i was wondering if a developer has already developed a tweak to allow moving around the picture when zoomed in similar to when you're viewing a webpage. Everytime i try to do that, i move to the next picture ~_~ i know it's such a small thing but it's bugging me a lot. :D thank you

just press and hold on the screen for a while, then you will be able to pan.

wow, sorry for being so noob. lol. But seems not to be too user friendly. I hope they somebody feels the same way.
