SKScheMa multi-functional scheduler

Does anybody know if it's possible to write a script for this program http://www.s-k-tools.com/index.html?skschema/m_skschema.html that will send an email via the Outlook E-mail (active sync) account in WM6. I can make it work with pop3 accounts but it doesn't seem to be able to run the Outlook Email account or perhaps reconise the the account name.
