Got a second Touch and screen has reddish tint

Hey I was wondering if anyone has seen this before. I got a refurbished Touch (looks brand new). But when I turn it on the screen on this Touch has a very reddish tint to it. Much more so than my older one.

Has anyone seen this before? Is there some setting maybe I can access to try and fix this? It looks very ugly IMO.

Iv seen several Sprint Vogues that the screen has a foggy,tinted look to it, especially if your not looking straight on it. I dont know if its the actual screen or the digitizer. But yes it looks "ugly". Between me and my wife we've had 6 Alltel Vogues and the screens are always very bright and crystal clear.
