Suddenly my O2 XDA Oribt with Black and Blue ROM won't boot past the splash screen - after the splash screen the screen goes black and the phone shuts off. I thought that my battery may not be charging so I bought a new battery, charged it with a stand alone charger - same results. Next I thought that a hard reset might do the trick so I held down the two soft keys and reset with my stylus but again I boot into the splash screen and then the screen becomes black. Somebody please suggest my next step?:(

Thanks so much for any help you can give.

Enter in bootloader mode:
Wiki: "The bootloader is invoked by pressing down the Power and Voicedialer buttons simultaneously, and using the stylus at the same time to press the RESET button at the left side. Continue pressing the two buttons for a few seconds after pressing and releasing the reset button until the bootloader screen appears."

Then try to flash another ROM.
If it doesn't work, then you might have a faulty Hardware...
