"official" manila 2d, did HTC rip us off?

I have read about the new Touch Viva from HTC and the interface looks really similar to ours.

Matter in fact it looks just like the manila 2d cab the community has been working on since HTC doesn't want to come out with video drivers.

i think htc needs to be sued. they neglect there products and rip-off other peoples hard work.
manilla 2d has been out long before vivo with proof of conception. and today htc is making millions off manilla 2d.

sorry had to. manilla 2d, is an app ny htc. the community has redone it so it can be installed on more and more devices. (even none htc mobiles)
