Hoe do I know that my Artemis is CID unlocked

I want to change ROM on my Artemis but I am not shure how can I check that if it is unlocked.I am new in this so please help me.

Run http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=311403 before every ROM you want to try. Some ROMs already have this included too.

or when you restart (or start) the phone

see the nos on top left corner

SPL version should be 1.11.0000 (this means CID unlocked)
