as you know, russian hackers stole alpha version of fpsece.
i was interested, if it is somewhere in net already(i hoped it is NOT).

i was surprised when i found that link in google:

interesting thing is, after i logged in(i was ..out) i saw info ,that i cannot have access to that topic.

nothin, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

hey, whats up nothin! i'm glad to see that schtruck is covering all his bases. i'm sure he contacted the administrators of every forum he could think of...ppcgeeks,xda,ect... to try and keep the alpha from spreading. pretty cool! unfortunately personal emails are impossible to stop. hopefully he gets a close to perfect beta out there soon!:cool:

funny 4 sure... but considering how long iphone has been out compared to WM :mad:...the way the iphone devs are working so hard on their icrap they will prolly pass up schtruck:confused:

It's a Playstation emulator for Power PCs.

The thread mentioned above (the one that is not accessible) was moved to a Mods and Admin only area for checking and because of concerns that this was not released but leaked software.

In anycase it is not relevant to Pocket PCs

Swing and a miss....FPSECE 0.10 is for Pocket PC's. I recommend looking into it via the great google.

I dont think such a pc will make you rich .. i guess you could get one for 10€ on ebay.. lol

And FPSEce = pocket pc version, maybe not the hidden one on xda tho.. (yes i know there is also a desktop fpsce version)

Though i think the emulator is really cool, Ive almost compltely given up on it. Not because the 1.0 still isnt released:(, but because i see videos on youtube all the time of people running .95 and .96 on their older smartphones (like Sprint Mogul and AT&T Tilt)and having it look just as good as run on the playstation while my brand new touch pro cant even come close to being playable:mad:. Ive tried every setting i could find and many different games but all give me only around 9 or 10 fps and even with frameskip, and are painfully slow. Im really hoping that 1.0 will speed it up or ill at least be able to find settings that will work well on my touch pro.

you cannot expect anything with qualcomm cpu and 0.9x, maybe 1.0 will do better...

fpsce 1.0 has been on rapidshare for quite some time. Maybe someone from xda linked that to a post and they were told my a mod to remove the link.

Closed this case,

It was some stuff posted on the site, and it was removed by a moderato, or moved to "internal investigations" a forum which only admins of moderators can see in order to investigate a claim (efg. warez report, plagiarism reports etc) before deleting that thread or restoring it, depending of the outcome of the investigation.

Since no moderator can delete post completely* (only an admin can) a "privileged" message came up when following the google link, either because the thread was under investigation, or because the thread was temp deleted.

The thread wasn't deleted for no reason, probably after someone reported it.

It's as simple as that.
