I want to know

- what does CID unlock mean
- what does SIM unlock mean
- how do I know if my phone is CID/SIM locked
- how to do a rom update and how to backup data
- will a rom update relock my phone (CID or SIM)

im new to windows mobile, after having symbian phones before and knew none of the things you are asking, but after spending a lot of time reading the forums, i have got a good understanding now and ive even updated my xda orbit from wm5 to wm6, but i am still learning. Put the time in and it will reward you:D

HTC Artemis is the same as XDA Orbit
