Please help me - stuck on tri-color!!!

I was trying to flash the official wm6.1 rom on my h3g branded kaiser with the "all-inclusive" unlocker (kaiserunlocker.exe, the polaris ported one...); something must ran wrong because i got the pda stuck into the tri-color screen with te following test "KAIS130-SPL-1.94.0000 CPLD-8 RUUNBH"
what I can do now? i found the .raw files of the original rom,to try to reprocess everything from the beginning..
what's the shortest and easyest way to get back my tytn II alive?? :)

Ah................ maybe you could look up at the "stuck in bootloader " sticky at the top of this forum, That is what it is there for ;)
