soft reset is needed to activate change.

btw, tweak has NO effect for HS++ dividers(spb products etc), so hs++ dividers may be still used between hs++ tabs, if needed.

upd: cab in attachment.
you need to make manual soft reset after installation.

Did you port the ROM yourself, or was it included in the kitchen? If you can find it, run the SYSAnalyzer to find the version of your SYS modules. I'm thinking that if the SYS port involved replacing the shell32.exe module, that may be your problem. I'm also running 21109 and the registry tweak works for me.

hey guys, if any of you have sk tools, you can change your plug in lines to the same color as your today background theme. Only if it's a solid color. It works real well. Here's a couple screen shots. Hope it Helps.
