Help with Today Screen

Hi there, fantastic forum.

I came across the attached image. Does anyone know where I can find the "time" addon, cab file or configuration software that allows me to have the same time format as shown in the image?

I like the default home screen but now thinking that the time takes up too much space.

If it dosnt exist, does anyone know where i can start looking to edit my existing home screen..

Settings>System>Regional Settings>Time> must be like:
H:mm:ss

P.S need to restart your phone
with that u can change 12\24 time not how big will be the clock

Thanks for the reply, I did dive that a try, all it does is display the clock in different ways. Still takes up 1/3 of the screen.
