what mean about sms over gprs, sms over gprs prefered, sms over gsm & sms over gsm prefered in WinMo??

I don't know wxactly what you mean. SMS over gprs means you will go to some websites and then send sms through that website but you will pay for gprs connection. So why not to send direct sms through your service provider which is usually cheap everywhere.
