It could be an Ultimate Launch setup with custom Icons, but I have no way to know for sure what exactly that is on that device in the picture. Perhaps the person you got the picture from would be better suited to answer this question.

i created this image in adobe, those images on the bottom is from " Nokia", i made that just to have a demo.

i was looking for a touch pad on the bottom like in that picture, for easy access to your fav. application

is there an application which allow you to make a short cut menu on the bottom like this picture shown???? plz reply

you can use ultimate launch, have 1 tab, this one tab will not contain anything but icons, and the size of the whole UL plugin will be as many pixels as you like. you WONT have to show headers so all you will see is what you're looking for.

have you checked out the HTC Home plugin? If not, then maybe that will give you what you are looking for. Also check out HTC Home Customizer (HHC) to make it nicer to your liking

but got a question, those images are those editable? also the short cut also customizable? because if am able to add my images on those HTC Home Sprint.. it would be awsome, cuz nokia images are pretty kool..

i am now after finding out, how to edit the icons and the short cut of "Sprint HTC Home Plug in", if i could get some help replacing the orig. sprint icons also the short cut, since am not using HTC cube or HTC album, those short cuts are useless, i tried the Ultimate L. which takes lot of main window space.

I think you can do this with iLauncher (SBSH).
