HTC P3300 Phone dialer Problem

Somebody Please help me with my HTC P3300 Problem. The phone dialer doesn't close, when I try to close it, the phone hangs (freezes).........What can I do to solve this issue?

It works well but as I install more cab's and when the memory gets low, the phone dialer freezes. what is this?
