rlToday shows very small on the Today Screen

Hi,

I just installed the RLToday on my HTC Diamond, but it looks so small at the screen!!
It just appears on the left top of the screen, and didn't work if I add the width to the <today> on the skin.xml :S

What i've made wrong?

The theme you selected is for qvga resolution, your Diamond is VGA. There is a theme converter at rloday forums I think or just look into the xml file and start tweaking.
