Hi

I have I'mate Jam In G4 and I have make a hard rest

Then IPL & SPL was :
IPL : 2.13.0001
SPL : 2.G4.4PDA

When I have a hard rest the problems was appear ...!!

some time the device have rest ..

some time when I use any program the device stop working and display a whiten screen ...!!!

and in all state if I have a missed call or message well be removed ..

Please can you help me .. If you have a great room .. or any solution to this problem ...
