Softkeys: remap to remap to the Alarm/SMS/Reminder app?

Hi,

I would like to remap one of my softkeys to this little app which pops up after clicking the "alaram" icon in the taskbar on top which is shown when there are notifications, reminders, etc. I mean this app which show the possible events as "magnified" symbols. What is it called?

EDIT: What I am looking for is the app which is call "Systemstatus" in the German version. Please refer to the screenshot to see what I mean. It would be great to fire this up with one of the softkeys.

I have attached a photo of what I mean. This is what I would like to start up with one of the softkeys. Maybe it is even calles "System Status"?
