Phone ends calls after 2mins

For some reason the phone cancels the call after 1 to 2mins....have you guys had this?

I've got the same Problem, but only when connected to my bmw hands free bloutooth connection... can't tell why.

After a hardreset it works fine for a few weeks, but it always comes back :-(
