these guys are insane, they´ve also released new version (21159) with improved skins - like official version but i don´t think they would do WWE version - imagine that you should do russian version :D:D (bit hard for both sides i guess...)

They have made compilation from Chinese, Russian & English. Up to now that is beta Release. And the ROMs from that site pda-hack.net (http://pda2u.ru/forum/main.html) are very stable for my HP iPAQ 6815. But they do not make English versions.
