htc m700 help me

Hi everyone
I failed to upgrade my Trinity Radio or to WM 6 also at the same time i cannot install any hard Spl
i get an error 270 or 260
i tried soft reset first.



but nothing seems to work
ROM version : 1.23.405.2
Rom date : 3/11/2007
Radio Version : 1.38.00.11
the bootloader menu shows the following:
TRIN100
IPL-0.5
TRIN100
SPL-1.07.0000
update1: when i try flashing it get 1% and stop and it goes back to the tri color screen with no change in the spl version.

Best way to upgrade is to put your device manually in bootloader :

Then install hard SPL (personnaly i prefer Des' Crash-Proof SPL)

And after you will be able to install a Rom Wm6.1 of your choice !
To flash your device, prefer to put your device manually in bootloader...you will have less error message !

you should try to re-download the ROM you are trying to flash. If you still receive this error, refer to this thread . You basically have 2 options: 1) run SSPL manually from your phone, then run the RUU from the computer to flash the ROM or SPL you want.. or 2) flash using SD card flash method

I have a big problem. My SPV m700 was unlocked and working. I tried to change the rom and at 75 % I got an error. When I started the phone the scrren was blank. I have hard reset it. My spl version is 1.7.000 or something. I thinik is the original one. I wasen't able to put any other spl version. I get stuck at 1 %. The first time I have managed to change the spl was when the phone was working. Now is a brick. I still can enter in the tricolor screen. Is there any hope? Can someone help me? Thx a lot

Here is the original HTC Trinity ROM:

1. Press on/off button + camera button + reset (using the stylus)
2. You should now be in tricolor screen.
3. Connect the usb cable.
4. Make sure you have activesync runing.
5. Install the rom provided in the link.

In the link you will find rom+radio. (Radio version 1.20)
