solved no sound in rings and calls

i need help with problem on my kaiser...speakers on my kaiser dont works,i was tryin hardreset ,but speakers dont works,i was try reflash 4 uc roms and 2 official and still dont works...service isnt on my country...
...i need diagnostic software
...sorry for my english and thanx 4 help

edit:
problem was on official radio 1.70.19.09 and it's really bad radio...
I reflash old best radio 1.65.24.36 and sound is back and my kaiser workin perfect again...

...sorry for my english and thanx 4 helpThere is diagnostic software available according to the HTC TyTN II Manual but only to HTC repair agents and not here. If you read the manual though (which is available to download from Mike Channons website - link is in the wiki), the speaker test consists of listening to make sure you can hear the signal put into it. If you're hearing normal sound through your original wired headphones then, given all you've tried so far, the speaker has either failed or its internal connection has failed - either way it requires a hardware repair! Time to restore it to original configuration (as per XDA wiki) and return it to the shop where you bought it and they can send it away for warranty repair.
