hi!
If I push the key "u" of querty keyboard it doesn't do anything! although when I start the herald it fill the pin code with "222222222222" (like I was pressing the "u/2" key) and sometimes, when i'm writing sms, it type "uuuuuu(...)uuuuuuuuu" (I don't need to do anything to herald start typing this) It only stop typing when i push another key.
Sometimes I open a task and a few seconds later it start typing "uuuuuu" alone :x

one more info... the qwerty keyboard light doesn't turn off when I'm not using it, or when it is closed) and display neither!

I already changed the rom, I use now SPL 4.70yang and IPL4.17.0002.

Is it a hardware fault? Can I fix it? regards

best regards, Jorge Mota

It sounds like the button may be stuck in the actual keyboard.

but if it is stuck why doesn't it types everytime "uuuuuuu"? :\ It is strange!

btw I will send it to warranty! what does I have to do, to P4350 stay like an original?

I have to install the original Rom whatelse? does I have to switch SPL/IPL? If yes to which one?
regards!

I would revert back to the orignal rom to be safe, and also, have you taken the phone apart? My phone started having the same symptoms when I took mine apart, only it was pushing the P key, it was because i didn;t seat the keyboard ribbon correctly.

soooo.. did you take it apart? i have a wing and a wizzard that both have scrolling issues.. wonder if its because teh cable is not seated right like other guy said or if its touch screen issue or needs new scroll button? here is a whole group of people with same problem ;/
