if there any possibility to run HTC Shift rom (vista) on a kaiser?

I mean to take a shift rom and customize it to kaiser like:
to fit the screen to Qvga, to take out anything the kaiser don't need or can't run?

or
the any possibility to run windows xp table pc on the kaiser?

and i now tha't the vista need a 800mz processor and 512mb ram to run.

Thanks. :)

Threads have been created about this before. this will not happen.

Kaiser uses the ARM platform while XP operates on x86. Also, there is a reason why a specific version of windows was created for an embedded low power platform. Our battery life sucks as it is under CE

Edit: Just to cover even more bases, the processor in the shift is based off the pentium m (x86). http://download.intel.com/design/mobile/datashts/31690801.pdf

Is the intel Atom processor x86 arch too? What about Windows XP embedded, is it all x86 still?...

Also, Ubuntu Mobile... http://www.ubuntu.com/products/mobile

What kind of language does it suport?

EDIT:
Apparently Ubuntu uses:

McCaslin platform and Menlow platform

Never heard of those
