I have about 4 Treo Pro's in use at work now, and one of them seems to have this weird issue with the backlight.
Basically, when the user gets a text message, or email notification, the backlight stays on permanently. This doesn't always happen, so it's very hard to replicate. When it does happen though, it completely empties the battery, which is particularly annoying. Being the managing director of the company this makes things even worse!
I have checked the display settings and power settings and cant see anything wrong with it. It's on O2, and everything has been left at default settings. I'm thinking it's probably a device issue, as the other Treo Pro's dont do anything like this.
Any ideas?
