Edit: If the IOLITE camera doesnt have autofocus I would sugest leaving the 5.04 camera cooked in unless the new camera has some great new features to compensate lol. Rom Downloaded, just have to finish a text convo before I can flash.

On the Footprints tab, you can take photos of places you visit and store them together with information about those places. You can navigate to the places using the GPS navigation software. - Basically GEO-TAGING

"0" is correct you just neeed to soft reset after changing the registry to make any changes take affect. Did you get your arabizer working?

So, i flashed this rom and i must say i love this new manilla with footprint. The animation is very smooth, maybe we can make it work for the normal picture tab too?

Seems to be quite smooth, and responsive
Noticed that no Battery % information on top icons, also even is unpluged from battery charger, the icon remains like being pluged

I know that System Tools an Multimedia are empty for now

I'll keep using during the day, and any other bugs are found I'll let you know about it

The install of "Nadavi_HTC_Camera_5_0_4_2915_00.cab" was fine, but i have an error about certificate .



The Opera version "OPERA 9.5 15316" won't let me activate "plugins" :(


Anyway this rom is fast and responsive :D

I saw that you tried to install the 5.0 Nadavi camera did you get this to work yet? I'm pretty sure this camera included cannot do auto focus at all if that is what you mean.

Yes i had tried. The installation is fine, but i can't launch the camera because of a certificate problem :confused:. I am reverted to the original camera from this rom but the auto focus it really lack :(

After 3 days using S1B1 for 3 days there is something wrong with the sms tab in the manilla 2d tab, it doesn't update automatically the new sms
and show the old ones instead of the new ones so i have to soft reset to show them and not always fixes this i have to restart several time
hope to see the final version soon

but after using the usb cable and one reset it came back to the normal three bars and i like the percent more so any help about that will be great thanks again

So far this rom beats SJ's iolite hands down. Found no bugs at all and very fast. I always thought you can't get better than garmin and SJ but you have proven me wrong. Impressive

as i was trying to delete multiple files in a folder i found that i wasnt able to highlight more than one file.

on a side not after installing your rom from SJ's Iolite rom whenever i reboot on your rom i see his splash screen first appear and then your screen comes on a few seconds after.... isnt that weird? never had that issue

On the SJ ROM, there's associated a splash screen, which is loaded as well as a Radio when you flash. When you change to another ROMl Like Anyrl ROM, the splash screen remains, but the welcome.file is changed, that's why, no big deal, unless you want to change the splash screen, you can get another from a thread floating around

the final not so soon first fix navipanel then conference call with iolite dialer then will see what more to fix

in between i playing with wm65 21140 chome working but softkeys need fix and myphone app not working

Navipanel seems is very interesting, mains issues are, the way it works with Car Kit Mode, supposed to jump when connected, and the weird relation with TOmTOm, working fine with 7.910, despite Home issue, but not working with 7.915 which is supposed to work

my wm6.5 ported from chine hermes kitchen fixed so far no issues even the whole iolite manila running with chome :D all working fine but thats just playing around in the meantime

the opal with lock for my wife as she touched the screen with earrings , quickgps should be fixed :D lock in 1min ... dont know yet , tested exchange over usb and bluetooth rubick and snake games , addons google and opera as before from sdcard
completely recoocked with new tools - better stable faster

3g only kaiser dialers might be later

no changes in rom ( :D ) not many s5 its ok no need to flash yet haha (flashing freaks) aded facebook removed 2 games removed youtube apps (working from pie or opera) no 3g call as i dont use it aded faves to pie

its complete new xip sys faster then wm6.5 :D

ohhh atached here advanced config for 3ddriver changes from sw/CA/TI just copy to windows if the build u use has adv.config built in

Just wanted to let you know that I flashed S7 this morning and found the speed amazing. Only regret is the memory space is a little on the low side. I didn't do anything else after that, so can't report any problem. Great speed rom!

7. After I flash a Rom I dont have any sound in calls and the camera is black
The Radio has to match the version of Rom you flash i.e. WM6.1, an incorrect Radio will give sound and camera problems. Read The Ultimate Radio Thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=393182) to find a Radio that matches the Rom there are lots to try on there if one doesnt work then try another.

One request: If possible, would you consider releasing ROMs as lite versions with UC add-on packs for anything that doesn't HAVE to be cooked in? I'd love keep running your ROM and be able to update/uninstall apps without a reflash.

As i knew, Iolite was variant name for new HTC Touch Cruise, while our TyTN II (or else) are Kaiser variant :)
Slower boot on WM6.5, no i think it's the same, or different? I guess because it's most in beta, and this could make a different..

i have a weired issue after flashing so many radios for finding the best one to use
i tried 1.71.91 and 1.70.18 and others and find that all of them sucks allot of power
for an example after 2 min. call the battery drops from 67% to 50%
and after using wifi for checking mail for only 5 min. dropped from 49% to 10% :(
less than 1 min. surfing from 40% to 36% :(
am talking about the S5_d3 ROM
so any idea ???

This is the first of your ROMs that I have tried, and I am very impressed. The keyboard usage has been phenomenal; absolutely no lag! I can't wait for a lite version. Thank you for all of your hard work!

One thing I have noticed is that the "x" only seems to minimize programs instead of closing them. it might just be my tilt and this may have already been addressed, but I thought I'd mention it.

Also, activesync seems to run a lot. And when the phone enters sleep mode I have to hit the power button twice to reawaken it.

u have to set up the htc task manager to close programs

Hey Anryl, I found a little bug with the finger friendly menus. If you are using the Transcriber for your input, it is impossible to switch to a different method of input. The oversized menu comes up but only for an instant. I guess the Transcriber registers a hit as soon as ithe menu comes up. You have to do a master reset to get the keyboard back, and thats sort of a hassle! Thanks!

fantastic fast ROM, one problem, Advace Config Tool 3.3 is giving me an error: This Application requires a newer version of MS .NET Compact Framework.

Fixed this problem, installed .NET3.5 from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=3524360&postcount=518
and Advanced Config Tool 3.3 is working fine now,. Superb superfast ROM, so far I this the fastest I ever tried. Looks like I'll stay for a while with it

:D thats not extremely light as manila takes all resources :D

iolite manila ---- heavy
opal manila ---- memory no good
might be elfin manila that one not bad but anyway htc stuff takes up resources (audio manager , album , fsplayer)

I think what windows meant was an as lite as you can get it version right now i'm using one that ram usage is at 45% after soft reset. I would like to see a lighter one and have to agree, after using some of your 6.5 roms I think you could do it!

u dont need RAM u need around 30mb for all u run at a time u could change pagepool to gain ram or windows swap file but then u have ram but slow ROM :D

very nice work Anryl :) been having a look at some of the 6.5 ROMs but the stability isn't there yet, but this is solid witha good selections of apps :)
Had a good trawl through the posts and haven't seen anyone with the problem I am seeing:
1) can't get the linked opera 9 or the latest opera 9.5 beta to work - they crash with "error" up top left. even opera mini won't run in jblender :/ only a slight niggle as I don't use the browsers often. Any ideas?
2) Audio app won't launch, have had many and various problems with the HTC audio apps in the past and feel that an updated version will fix it - which version of the audio manager is shipped in the S11_2G?


Will pop 8 on and see if it's working, the included IE mobile works fine.

found 3 bugs.
1 weather need to be patched.
2 can`t start opera mini via build-in java emulator.
3 can`t abject volume in audio manager (temporal fix - installing audio manager v1. but it cause bugs in manilla tab)
everything else works just fine. :)
hope you fix it - I just love this ROM.

srry there is no tomtom included all from sd card links working only

yes the rom runs stable, i just would like a clean one with not even the sd links.
It is hard to learn how to recook your rom and remove any extra stuff? I am willing to learn.

As far as M2D is concerned, are there things I can add to the scroll-band? an example like more shortcuts on the program page
Can an icon be added to the scroll-band that is a program so when you slide to it, it started that program in the main screen, stuff like that.

This ROM is awesome. Really fast and stable. Can someone help me with a couple of bugs though please?

1) No G/E/H data icon next to the signal strength bar. Instead Ive just got the double arrows and cross icon.

2) I often get annoying lags on the space bar that results in my sentencesl ookingl iket his!

3) Not so much a bug but I really do not like the over-sized menus. Is there a way of reverting back to the normal sized menus?

OK, I managed to find a cab that corrects the gprs icon bug. Just need to find a way of disabling the large menus and a way of curing the space bar delay. Incidentally I have switched off word suggestion and auto correction but the problem remains. Hope someone out there can help. Cheers.
