Soft Key customization?

Is there a way to change what the soft keys do? I know you can in normal WM 6.1 but I wanted to change the softkeys in TF3d. I definately want one of them to be device lock. The other I'd like to see if I can get it to turn bluetooth on/off.

If this isn't possible, is it possible to add those functions to the home screen?

HomeRSKPath & HomeRSKText > Right soft key
