language back-up

I have romanian language on my Diamond .
Is there any possibility to back-up it ?

PS : I want to unlock it and then restore that language .

If the Romanian language is installed via Sunnysoft InterWrite, there should be two CAB files in Windows directory. Unfortunately I don't remember their names (surely something like HTC_IW_OEM or something like that).
