Searching of WM6 for T-Mobile MDA Compact III

Hello,
I would like to update my T-Mobile MDA Compact III (german) to Windows Mobile 6.

The actual configuration of my T-Mobile MDA Compact III is:
ROM-Version: 1.13.111.1 GER
ROM-Datum: 9/22/06
WM5
Modell-Nr.: ARTE110.

Can anybody give my a help for:
1. step by step description of the whole update procedure
2. the link to the appropriate data

Can you please:

1: Use the search & read stickys?
2: Goto the t-mobile.de website to download and install the update it is hidden somewhere there.
