Weather custom city backup?

I remember seeing in this forum (or perhaps in the rom deleopment forum) a weather databse editor with a backup function, so that you don't have to enter custom cities everytime you have a hard reset

The utility/tool also provided stuff for chefs as well so that it can be built into a rom

But I cannot find the original thread anymore

for real thats all you have to do to keep the citys you added , plus you want have to re-add them to the touchflo?? if so thats killer thank you very much for that info!!!:D

Or just backup the HKCU/Software/HTC/Manila weather values :)
