wifi not working. Shows connecting for a second then unavailable.

I recently installed skyfire then fring on my touch and after i installed fring my wifi kept getting stuck on connecting and wouldn't progress any further. I uninstalled fring and it worked again but then it started doing it again so i uninstalled skyfire and now it says connecting for a second then goes back to unavailable when connecting to a network i know is there. I also don't think its showing networks in range.

I have still not solved this.

Is there any way i can reset my WIFI settings? or can someone suggest any registry settings that might be stuffed up?

This problem seems to have solved it's self after my battery completely went flat and i took the battery out then put it back in and charged it again. If your having a similar problem, try that.
