Noob needs help

HI sorry for the noob question but i was wondering if anyone could tell me what file it is that launches the neat lil all programs menu in the programs tap of tfl3d because i dont really use the programs tab but i love that launcher and id like to set it as a softkey on the home tab please anyone with knowledge help me please and thank you:)

I don't think you can link your softkey to that. However, you can download 3rd party apps launcher and map that to your softkey instead.
