I used a program DiamondUnlocker and I think was for the CMDA version!
It doesn't start anymore, no boot loader, no hard reset! I can't find anything like my problem!
What can I do?

Short of JTAG, there's nothing you can do. But unless you're an engineer, I doubt figuring out JTAG interface will be simple.
JTAG has been done but its still in testing.
I am sorry to hear about your diamond, may it rip. You could use it as a hockey puck...
I think sending to service is your best bet. I am not sure if they will do the work under warranty, but it's worth a shot.

Try sending it to HTC. They likely won't know what's wrong either as nobody in their right mind would do what you did :).

Me too, by using DiamondUnlocker for CDMA version(h**p://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=36062), I killed my diamond (gsm?)
Also I thought that there's only one HTC Diamond model, I was wrong &"#?!!!
So others users watch out!! Do not use it!

Errr are you sure it's jtag config cable setting? It looks like more another SPL to me?
The device is not recognized by windows as connected(usb), so it's not working at all...
Error[260] : connection

Hey that's pretty sweet they gave you a new one. If you were in the Sprint repair centre then CDMA diamonds are all they have :).
Please do not confuse CDMA with WCDMA. They are different technologies with WCDMA using Code and Time division.
