faster file transfer using bluetooth

using nokia, sony or any other phones we can transfer files to other devices at a very good transfer rate but when it comes to WM it sucks....

is there any software or way to transfer the files to other phones
faster than the explorer/file browser other than bluezard which i tried it but doesnt work all time crashes a lot during the transfer...
