English Rom Upgrade

Hi there,

HTC official support recently released an upgrade, i.e. RUU_Diamond_HTC_FRA_2.03.406.2_Radio_Signed_Diamon d_52.51.25.26_1.09.25.23_Ship.exe
I would like to kindly ask anyone who is willing to share the S/N but which is not french based. I would like to upgrade my HTC with English Rom but whenever I enter my serial it only gives me french version.

but the rom link you give is for a french rom???????
what ever the serial number is it will still be french
