The update of my radio from SD ends without error but when i do the soft reset i see that the phone has the old radio rom.
The update of the S.O. works (i switched from WM 6 to WM 6.1).
Any suggestions?

Are you still using the OEM rom or is it a custom rom? Flashing a new radio is the same as flashing a new rom. You cannot just flash any radio to your OEM rom without flashing HardSpl first.Read here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=393182

I am using a custom ROM (udK 8.0 R2 vega) after flashing HardSpl

I HardSpl'ed twice: the first I flashed HardSpl 1.39 (used to install the udK 8.0 R2 vega) and then I tried reflashing HardSpl 3.29 (I reflashed both the s.o. rom ans the radio rom but the radio don't update)

I am using a custom ROM (udK 8.0 R2 vega) after flashing HardSpl Have you tried flashing the radio through Active Sync (computer) instead of SD?:)
Ok maybe thats the issue! When you tried to reflash Hard3.29 did you jump-spl again? anytime you flash a Hard spl you need to use jump spl again! Maybe reflash Hard 3.29 again and jump spl this time!You only need to Hard Spl once ever, you dont need to do it everytime you flash something!

Unfortunately you have flashed the radio from hell, It is a radio that interupts Spl and flashes. Read this thread
