[HELP] Landscape Manila And Flip It Not working

I installed the Landscape Manila and Flip It but its not working...
I dont know if did something wrong. Is something that I have to do to make it work?

Before installing the landscape manila cab you need to be sure to go to start>settings>today>items...and un-check touchFLO3D, hit ok.

then install cab. go to sart>settings>system>flip it...click on manila and check the global and manila rotation you prefer.

Once you have it working I suggest installing this theme:
